| Tiivistelmä: | The author analyzes the information service trade barriers existing in the advanced and developing countries at present. He thinks that the measures like export control and import restrictions in information service have affected the national competitive power in varying degrees and the benefit gains brought by information service trade liberalization to the trading countries are greater that ones by commodity trade liberalization under the same conditions. But the process of information trade liberalization, the thinks, needs to suit the national economic competitive power and the development of commodity trade liberalization, otherwise the national welfare would incur a net loss. |
