| Tiivistelmä: | The outstanding drawbacks existing in China's present land property right system are: weak exclusiveness, difficulty in transfer of land and being not in heritable. As a result, it is difficult to realize substitution for scarce land resources in the development of agricultural economy, and thus the reform of traditional agriculture has fallen into the dire straits of economic contradiction. These drawbacks are also responsible for the weak foundation for the development of agricultural productive force, which finds expression in the following: Agricultural production lacks delayed effect and is extremely susceptible to fluctuation and recession, especially under the circumstance of natural disasters. |
