| Tiivistelmä: | By March, 1997, there had been over 4 million enterprises practising joint stock partnership across the country. Both theoretically and practically there exist some problems mainly in the following 5 aspects: operational mechanism, property right turnover, distribution mechanism, management system and decision-making mechanism. To promote the healthy development of joint stock partnership we must attach importance to and solve them. As to the definition of property rights, every enterprise should decide on a plan according with the interests and demand of labourers and respecting historical facts according to its concrete situation. As to the decision-making mechanism for property rights, the dual decision-making mechanism with the co-existence of "voting according to number of people" and "voting acarding to amount of funds". |
