| Tiivistelmä: | From the points of view of economics, strategic management and organizational learning, this paper discusses some key questions concerning knowledge alliances, including alliances formation, main features of alliances, governance structures knowledge transfer process and performance. The core of knowledge alliances is to transfer tacit knowledge. The effectiveness of knowledge transfer depends on the partner's absorptive capacity. Finally, the author analyzes the alliance strategies of Chinese enterprises. |
