| Tiivistelmä: | In the conditions of market economy, international speculative capital has its inevitability of existence. During the three international financial crises in 1990s, international speculative capital plays the role of triggering the crises, but it also has some positive effect on the operation of market economy. The policy towards international speculative capita should be mediation but not interception. China should create the economic and politic environment of attracting foreign capital to strike root, on the bases of enhancing economic power and stabilizing the valuation of RMB, change the international speculative capital into investment and take precautions against the destructive effect of international speculative capital. |
