Tiivistelmä:In the reform of enterprises and company system, worker share-holding system enables the staff and workers to become not only labors, but also the owner of enterprise property. This kind of double-status forms a new type of public ownership. The worker share-holding system of the current listed companies has developed into a measure of short-holding system of the current listed companies has developed into a measure of short-term welfare, compared with ESOP of western enterprises which puts emphasis on the welfare of the stuff and is a long-term welfare. Therefore, the real goal of our designing this system is to provide the staff and workers long-term prompting system enhance the enterprises' efficiency.
