| Tiivistelmä: | It is not difficult to find that undue commercial speculation led to commercial crisis in 90' of the 20 century. At present the commercial risk elements in China are higher proportion of bad credit of some commercial organizations, illegal commercial organizations and disorder commercial affairs, undue speculation in stock market, and less restriction and effective supervisor on commercial organizations' managers. The Chinese government should pay more attentions to and real solve the realistic problems, influences of commercial crisis and how to prevent commercial crisis. |
