| Tiivistelmä: | Environmental reasons for competitive failure are summarized. Resource allocation is defined as the process of identifying, evaluating, and funding alternative investment proposals. A six-step resource allocation process is described. Faulty cash flow estimates and failure to consider residual values as well as high hurdle rates and disregard for the effects of inflation are made responsible for estimating future expenditures. |
