| Tiivistelmä: | Asset risk of state-owned commercial banks is embodied in not only credit assets but also investment assets. Furthermore, in recent years of practice, it is discovered that not only the asset operation of banks takes risks, but there are enormous risks in the liability operation. Some unexpected operation risks even occurs in the intermediate business which used to be regarded as "having no risks". Currently, as far as state-owned commercial bank is concerned, there exists another fatal risk-personnel risk. Since systems and institutions are formulated by personnel, risks are also brought about by personnel. |
