| Tiivistelmä: | Under the guidance of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Party's Eleventh Central Committee, a qualitative leap has been realized in the ideology guiding China's reform, break through progress made in reform of economic system and great changes have taken place in the social and economic physiognomy. The rich experience accumulated for the future reform and development is generalized as the following: we must continue to uphold the ideological principles of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. Overall, accelerating reform of economic system means fulfilling the task of initially establishing the system of socialist market economy during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period. |
