| Tiivistelmä: | Peace-competition is a new kinds of competition which can promote the competition situation, make a competition standard and present competition abilities. The development stages of the relationship of the public-ownership and the private economy divided into the four sectors on the basis of peace-competition lever since the foundation of new China. They are: non-peace-competition,inkling of peace-competition ,deciding the direction of peace-competition and drawing the sketch of peace-competition. The article pointed out the premise of improving further peace-competition according to economic situation in today's China, they are, the harden condition(force rule ),soften condition (voluntary rule), guarantee condition (remedy ) and directive condition (cooperation ). |
