| Tiivistelmä: | High-tech corporations' funds come from financial appropriation, bank loan, self-collection and directive circulation. These form a new kind of investment and circulation system---risky investment. High-tech corporations will make up 1 billion yuan high-tech industrial pioneering risky investments, except 0.1 billion yuan from Hong Kong. The suggestions are to build up high-tech industrial risky investment and risky investment companies. The government should play a role and set up a risky investment exit system. |
