| Tiivistelmä: | The problems of China's social security system are low-lever and narrow-range of whole plan, too heavy enterprise's burden, and unbalance empty operation of individual account. So social security system reform should aim at combination of whole social plan and individual account, return debt to old employee, raise whole plan's lever and widen coverage range, make up different executive and fund management systems for social security fund in order to ensure fund's value. |
