| Tiivistelmä: | The authors meta-analyzed 15 studies that had examined sex differences in occupational stress. Contrary to former literature their results indicate that there are no sex differences in work stress. They discuss the empirical and theoretical shortcomings in the sex-occupational stress literature. |
