Tiivistelmä: | Based on models of shift scheduling (model A) and personnel supply - taking into account that there are various possibilities of assigning personnel to tasks - (models B and C) a model D is developed whose solution guarantees the existence of at least one optimal assignment plan/shift schedule which is not explicitly specified. Model E presents such a shift schedule but does not give information about the structure (concerning different shift preferences) of the personnel assigned. That problem is solved by model F which presents the answer to the question of how many employees with specific qualification and shift preferences should be assigned to which shift partners. |
