Tiivistelmä:Company success as obstacle: About the social logic of development barriers. When an extremely successful company comes into a crisis, a diagnosis is often made very quickly: The company has become rigid using old strategies and was not able to any more to adopt to the changed conditions. A consequence that lies close is that this organisation has to learn to again bring bring about succes. The contribution presented here shows however, that such a description sounds logical but targets way past the real problem situation. The history of a company can only be understood as a complex, dynamic development process. The research has been conducted by means of a qualitative case study, which is based on a social constructivist basis of science.
