| Tiivistelmä: | This paper shares experience of a creativity programme in which reflection played an integral role; consciously adopting a critical approach to creativity ensured this was the case. The paper introduces P. Senge's "five disciplines" as a conceptual framework guiding the reflective process after the workshop, and which prompted deeper inquiry into the relationships between the processes of creative thinking, systems thinking and organizational learning. |
