| Tiivistelmä: | The report examines the market for hot drinks in the Netherlands. The market for hot drinks amounted to just over 146000 tonnes in 1991, valued at Dfl1.8 billion at current prices. Over the period of 1987-1991, volume sales increased by 4%, but real value declined. Coffee is the largest sector of the hot drinks market with 86% of volume sales and 83% of value sales. Tea has shown the fastest growth in value terms with value sales increasing by 21% over the mentioned period.
