| Tiivistelmä: | This paper investigates a business process change (BPC) initiative and its relationship to BPC outcomes, and tests the BPC framework empirically. The demographic profiles of the responses indicate that a representative target sample was obtained; the workers were indeed highly experienced in the field of information systems and were highly educated. The results suggest that a statistically powerful test of the research propositions was achieved. |
