| Tiivistelmä: | A mixed difference-differential equation model of a small open economy is given. It is the standard model of "new classical macroeconomics" extended by a public and a forweign sector, with an explicitly assessed labour market and disaggregated consumption function. The conditions of equilibrium growth are discussed. Strategies for budget and distribution policies are analysed in different modes and stages of the model. |
