| Tiivistelmä: | The physical environment in which we work is one of the most profound factors in determining how we work. Organisation design affects building design and vice versa, and a change of location is often seen as an opportunity for a profound culture change. But, as the author of this article found, it is a part of working life from which personnel managers are largely excluded. The article contains two case studies which offer examples of the kind of change which can be achieved with an existing workforce. |
