| Tiivistelmä: | In the reform of state-owned enterprises , a new model of trusteeship has been put into practice subsequent to contracting, leasing merging through buying and share- holding. With the ownership of property remaining unchanged or temporarily unchanged, the trusteeship of enterprises is aimed at the recombination and circulation of such important factors as the property of enterprises and at the growth of asset and the effective, reasonable economic returns through optimising the allocation of resource and broadening the channels of funding. The trusteeship of enterprises is practical in China. |
