| Tiivistelmä: | At present, being hit by the natural adversity over large areas makes the production of stricken areas drop down and the fiscal revenue being influenced. One way of solution is to increase, by certain budgetary deficit, the input of funds in providing disaster relief and controlling disasters especially in the construction of water conservancy infrastructure. Presently, the aggregate demand is comparatively insufficient and the price level is continually going down. Under such circumstances, the major problem economy has to face is deflation rather than inflation. This situation won't be changed fundamentally in a short term. Therefore, proper budgetary deficit and the increase of public finance's input to control disasters through the issuing of government bonds will not cause inflation. |
