| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses the real challenges of globalization and its meaning for the internationalization of markets and competition. Five theses are presented to describe the gist of globalization. The real challenge is to globalize hearts and minds. Best talents and a global, interactive, and fast corporate culture are prerequisites. Globalization should start with Transatlantica and corporations should seek guidance in the arts and sports sectors which are more advanced with respect to globalization (original in German). |
