| Tiivistelmä: | Management and organization theories are increasingly being approached in terms of paradoxes, dilemmas, and dualities. An organizational form that is emerging today is that one of the "dual organization" or the "dualistic enterprise", in which the process of organizing and managing requires the building of tension. This way of thinking has been explored in a variety of contexts such as innovation, information technology, organizational development and change, organizational effectiveness, entrepreneurship, team management, group dynamics, culture, human resource development, and strategic thinking. |
