Tiivistelmä:The value of the coordinated management of meaning (CMM) perspective for analysing multicultural relationships in organizations are explained here. In CMM rules are conceptualized as cognitions that individuals use to create action in interpersonal episodes. CMM offers a dynamic approach to identifying different organizational cultures and examining the interplay between them. CMM can integrate various levels of intrapersonal meaning with the production of interpersonal action.
