| Tiivistelmä: | Mediated effects of perceived supervisor support (PSS) and perceived organizational support (POS) are studied. The authors examine the contradiction in current findings concerning support and attachments to managers versus attachments to the organization itself. The study is conducted by studuying the aforementioned support systems through a sample of 225 social services workers. The findings indicate that PSS had independent impact on turnover cognitions not mediated through POS. |
