| Tiivistelmä: | The experience of two years of Franco-Romanian scientific co-operation is described, together with its positive aspects and its risks. A number of approaches are considered as possible ways of integrating Romania's genuine scientific potential within the efforts being made on a European scale, namely: co-sponsorship of postgraduate research; course modules taught in French; focusing research on the high technology area; research and development contracts with Romanian teams. |
