| Tiivistelmä: | This paper examines curriculum strategies that can be pursued to prepare students for employment. After teasing out some prevailing curricular concepts which lose more and more of their force in the light of current labour market demands, strategies with regard to content, organisation and didactics will be considered. In particular, approaches to establish new differentiations and new curricula to mean changing labor market needs as well was the place of concepts such as competences, skills and capabilities in the curriculum will be discussed. |
