| Tiivistelmä: | The role of university students counsellors is considered at key points, namely, before admission, during the first weeks of study, in the course of education and shortly before graduation. the weaknesses of counselling are noted and an example of an organization plan at a large Danish university is described. As university education has ceased to be an option for the new and has become instead broad mass education, so the need has arisen for concrete, formalised counselling on education and employment. |
