| Tiivistelmä: | In 1993 a resesarch project was carried out in the Netherlands concerning the organization of internationalisation of higher education. This phenomenon was described on the basis of the outcomes of a questionnaire. In addition, a model was developed and tested for the analysis of the internal process of decision-making, organisation and implementation of internationalization in higher education insitutions, as well as the relations between this process and the resutls of internationalisation. |
