Tiivistelmä:The CS strategy, namely customer satisfaction strategy, is a newly-emerging marketing strategy for enterprises in the 1990s. It is an inheritance and transcendence of the CI strategy. Its guiding principles require enterprises' complete operation should be directed by customers' satisfaction degree. The author believes that to establish CS system, four principles should be followed, namely according with market laws, according with customers' psychology, mutually beneficial and adapting to international practice. The author believes that focusing on the image, product and service of enterprises, 7 "S" system should be established, namely MS (Mind Satisfaction), BS (Behavior Satisfaction), VS (Visual Satisfaction), 3PS (Product Satisfaction, Price Satisfaction, Packaging Satisfaction) and SS (Service Satisfaction).
