| Tiivistelmä: | The question of smoking in German enterprises is investigated. The practice of German companies as to smoking varies widely, however, in order to protect smokers against the harmful impacts of the smoke of cigarette, the opportunity of smoking is restricted everywhere to a certain degree. The result of the debate concerning smoking in job is being outlined after the verdict of the Nienburg Labour Court in 1987. The judgement provides quiding principles for difficult cases, but it is argued in it that the best solution is always a peaceful agreement between smokers and non smokers. |
