| Tiivistelmä: | To realize a single rate, the key is the exchange rate of the foreign exchange swapping market, but not the official foreign exchange rate. It is necessary to strengthen macro-management of monetary. The supply of RMB must be strictly controlled so as to lessen the inflation and stabilize prices. Administrative legal and economic means should be used to make foreign investors accomplish transfer of funds on time. A unified national network of foreign exchange swapping should be set up and the business scope of foreign exchange swapping should be expanded. |
