| Tiivistelmä: | In order to develop China's real estate business, the establishment of a financial mechanism is demanded for effectively converting social funds of short term into concentrated funds of long term. China should, as soon as possible, establish specialized bank for real estate transaction, pursue the security transaction of real estate, perfect the system of house fund, form a rational system of real estate fund operation and avoid the loss of real estate benefit, so as to promote a sound circle of real estate fund input-output. |
