| Tiivistelmä: | First, we should strictly control the population growth in the central cities and then make the selected medium-sized cities with a better foundation and prospective future in development big ones by special support. In this way, some small towns with economic superiority and features can progressively develop into medium-Sized and small cities and a pattern, characterized by Changjiang economic belt pushing westward from the east and radiating the whole area along Changjiang River can be gradually formed too. |
