| Tiivistelmä: | According to the internal and external economic and political situation, and the Chinese people's psychological enduring ability, the first step is to realize the marger of RMB exchange rates and a single RMB exchange rate system at present. On that basis, a controlled floating exchange rate system will be introduced and the conditional free convertibility of the RMB under the current account realized. The measures to be taken at present are: 1. establishing a stabilized foreign exchange market, 2. perfecting financial market of foreign exchange, 3. maintaining stable growth of foreign exchange income from export trade and nontrade, 4. maintaining relative stability of the value of RMB and exchange rates, 5. strengthening macro management of international payment. |
