| Tiivistelmä: | During the Eight Five-Year Plan period, the proportion of investment in fixed assets to foreign investment increased from 6.25% in 1990 to 10.7% in 1994. The state- owned economic units' investment rose continuously and accounted for 72.44% of the total investment in fixed assets in 1995. The proportion of alterable investment in capital construction decreased while keeping stability and that in agriculture declined. The investment in the renewal of equipment's and technological transformation is not enough. The technical contents in investment was reduced. According to forecast, the increasing range of the whole society's investment is fixed assets in 1996 will stand at 18% or so. It can support the actual growth of national economy by 9.8% or so. The investment rate will be 33%, which will contribute greatly to the GDP growth. |
