| Tiivistelmä: | At present, problems existing in China's enterprise property insurance are as follows :(1)The checking and examining of insurance targets is carried out in a course and crude way, which results in being burdened with uninsurable insurance responsibilities (2)The design of insurance policy is imperfect, it either lacks certain items or is vague and unclear (3)compensatory personnel lack professional knowledge and compensatory means are relatively backward (4)The idea of risk management is dim and the prevention of disaster and loss becomes a mere formality (5)The insurance premium is relatively low. Countermeasures to solue these probolems are as follows: strengethening the management of insuance acceptance ,improving the quality of insurance acceptance, strengthening the prevent against disasters and losses. |
