| Tiivistelmä: | According to an analysis, the aggregate social investment on fixed assets in 1998 will increase by approximately 16 percent in 1999, the expansion of domestic demand is still the keynote of government's macro-control policies. Fiscal and monetary policies will be loosened moderately. The growth of investment is facing rather good environment. It is estimated that annual growth rate of fixed asset investment is around 17.5 percent. The growth rate of state-owned economy will remain high. Collective investment and individual investment will also go up again. Taking regions into consideration, the degree of investment growth in three geographic zones still presents the state of "being high on both sides while low in the middle". However, the disparity is being narrowed. |
