| Tiivistelmä: | In consideration of the important function of real property industry in the development of national economy, the way in which the real property industry can break away from dilemma has become a major link of the benign circle and smooth development of national economy. In the light of the experience of the development of foreign real property industry and the current situation of China's real property industry, we consider that the only way to solve the problem of idle housing is to stimulate the residents to purchase houses through mortgage financing of real property supported by financial institutions. Putting it into stock system is inevitable to bring the system of mortgage financing into long-term and effective play. |
