Tiivistelmä:The main existing problem of China's real estate industry is that the accounting scope is small and the total output of urban real estate management departments is underestimated. The total output and added value of private housing service of urban and rural residents as well as the depreciation imputation of the fixed assets of the real estate are underestimated. Ideas of reform: the housing service for the urban residents should be estimated according to the market house rent price, the cost method and the actual house rent. The scope of statistics should be expanded to the house rent activities by units and individuals besides the real estate industry. The related sectors should establish and perfect the price index of housing purchases.
