However, at present, influenced by planned economy, money's right of controlling economy is not strong enough in China. Money, as an important tool which creates riches and contributes to national economy, has not been given full play in the aspects of promoting productive process, distributing total social productions, rationally developing and organizing resources. It blocks the all-round and rapid development of market economy. |
