Tiivistelmä:The disappearance of superiority that the Pearl-River Delta enjoyed in the opening-up in the 80s makes it necessary to choose a new passage, that is, to head for the international financial market, and above all, the security market. The first step is to become listed on a trial basis, chiefly indirectly, with Hong Kong stock market as the center of weight. The second step is to get listed and issue corporate bonds at the security market in Asian-Pacific new industrialized countries or regions as well as moderately-developed countries. The final step is to move towards the security exchange market of developed countries.
