| Tiivistelmä: | China should take the strategy of opening its financial market according to the principle of proceeding in an orderly way and step by step. In its implementation, three modes should be taken. One is regional openness which means to decide the areas which are open to foreign financial institutions according to the different regional economic development and policy guidance. Two is professional openness, the focus of which is put on the opening of RMB business. Three is market openness which refers to the open order, that is, opening first credit market and then securities market according to the concrete formation of financial markets. |
