Tiivistelmä:The negative impacts on which international securities financing might exert come from two aspects: one is restrictions on macro-economic policies, while the other is the increase of potential risks. Special risks that developing countries have to face with in the process of international securities financing involve the following: risks in stable political situations, exchange rates, and inflation are greater in developing countries than in developed countries. Stricter macro-economic policies have to be adopted in order to attract investors. In addition, the scales of emerging markets are relatively small in general. The entry and withdrawal of foreign capitals even of average scale might influence the market price obviously.
