| Tiivistelmä: | The current existence of financial risks, to a certain degree, is combined with the soft budget limitation on the utilization of credit funds as well as the traditional investment system. To turn these risks to safety, we also have to carry out assets and liabilities proportion management and strengthen the self-control of financial institutions and the financial supervision of the central bank. From the financial point of view, state-owned banks are currently the key financial intermediaries to change the savings of urban as well as rural residents to investment. This leads to the vicious cycle of finance and economy, namely high level of saving--high level of loans--high level of stock--high level of delinquency (companies on the debtor's side)--high level of loss--low level of effectiveness. |
