| Tiivistelmä: | It is required that part of financial funds with market-oriented configuration to set up market-oriented economy system. Marketzation of financial fund is referred to the reform process of financing and using part of financial funds through financial market. It is aimed at enhancing the benefits of using financial funds, allocating social resources rationally, and promoting effective growth of national economy. This essay elaborated the basic principle of market-oriented configuration of financial funds as well as the cause of the act. It also analyzed existing issues and causes during the course of marketzation of financial funds, on the basis of which it put forward the corresponding policy measures. |
