Tiivistelmä: | Investor relations (IR) are very important for all companies. Participants of financial markets: shareholders, analysts, portfolio managers, and brokers should know a firm very well, so that to give money for it even in difficult times. For this purpose a full IR program has to be established at any firm. A good IR program includes the following steps: establishment of an ad hoc task force; the development of a message grid; the invention of the various IR forum; the determination which communiques are appropriate for adoption to other audiences; the determination which forums might be extended to provide broader corporate reach to other audiences, and to reassemble the task force quarterly. |
