| Tiivistelmä: | Studies on organizational justice tend to examine how perceptions of justice influence encounters between internal organizational actors, such as in employer-employee relationship, with few studies analyzing perceptions between companies and external stakeholders. Furthermore, the research is dominated by western and European cultural perspectives. This article addresses these gaps by investigating how organizational justice theory can be used in analyzing and understanding conflicts between multinational companies in the natural resource field and local indigenous peoples. |
